Tin Tip Coated Jobber Drills

Guhring Ltd has launched a new range of HSS Jobber Drills with a TiN Coated Tip.

The TiN Tip drills have the benefit of a full 4 micron titanium nitride coating together with special point thinning.

Tool life improvements of the order of 50% compared to standard HSS Jobber Drills, all for a very small price premium, prove that the Guhring TiN Tip Drills offer highly cost effective drilling solutions. Such a product is aimed at a very wide market. Whilst the drill is not seen as a high performance product, it will be beneficial in all applications where existing HSS Jobber Drills are routinely applied.
