New Addition to the Hitachi Power Tool Range

05 October 2005
When you pick up the NR90GC Gas Nailer for the first time you will notice that the tool is not only very light but also well balanced and comes with a soft grip.

The speedy set up time of the NR90GC Gas Nailer is due to the easy to open fuel cell chamber and the quick load magazine. This magazine is a two step loading operation that involves simply dropping in the nails and then pulling the follower to the rear of the last nail.

The NR90GC comes as standard with two reliable 7.2v, 1.4Ah NiCad batteries capable of delivering approximately 4,400 nails per charge. The NR90GC delivers exactly what today’s contractor requires, it combines the speed of up to two nails per second with the power to drive from 50mm to 90mm nails for a versatile array of applications from timber frame erection, through loft conversion, to fencing. In fact the NR90GC can provide most nailing solutions for first fix timber applications for carpentry, roofing and general contractors.

The fuel cell will provide enough power to drive over 1,000 nails and is sold separately at a realistic and competitive cost. Hitachi has 36 years experience of providing high quality nailing products globally and this is the first step in a new era of cordless nailing.
