FEIN Brings More Speed to Construction Sites

FEIN Industrial Power Tools UK Ltd has replaced the SuperCut with a new model, the SuperCut Construction, which is purpose designed for four target groups in the construction industry.

The new model is much easier to handle and lighter by approximately 20%. It allows you to work where previously only laborious manual work was possible –with almost no effort and very safely, quickly and precisely. Technically, this is made possible by the unique oscillating movement developed by FEIN, which permits an almost unlimited range of applications. With the most powerful oscillation, the FEIN Supercut Construction achieves between 30% and 50% higher cutting and sawing speeds, but at the same time maintains utmost precision. A powerful 400w high power motor ensures outstanding performance and stability. Other key improvements include quieter and longer lasting performance.

Accessories
Four tailored accessory sets have been produced for glazing/installing windows, joinery/interior fitting, tiling/plumbing and sealant repairers.

FEIN has added important elements to the wide range of accessories for the Supercut Construction. For instance, the new universal E-Cut saw blades with robust bi-metallic teeth are suitable for working with almost any material - not only with wood, plasterboard, and plastics up to about 60mm cutting depth, but also with copper, aluminium, and sheet metal up to about 2mm.

For jobs where circular, sabre, or tiger saws don’t stand a chance, the FEIN SuperCut Construction effortlessly completes the job in record time. The bi-metallic teeth make the saw blades extremely robust. They can deal with metal protrusions, nails etc and therefore last much longer on the building site. A new depth stop also makes them more economical and helps them to last longer.

There is a new extraction device for tiling and renewing grout. No tools are required to fit it and it reduces much of the dust pollution in the immediate work area. It allows grout to be renewed cleanly and efficiently - making this a more practical and economical alternative to re-tiling in many construction situations.

Health and Safety
For longer periods of use, the Supercut Construction has a vibration-insulated bail handle which helps to minimise the physical strain considerably, making the work much less tiring. Machine noise has also been much reduced, as has heat generation, which occurs when grout and sealant blades are used for longer periods.
