Craig's Been Grabbed by the Grip!

Everbuild Building Products Ltd, the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of sealants, adhesives and building chemicals has signed up Craig Phillips, TV Celebrity Builder to endorse three of their leading products: Pinkgrip, Forever White and Wonder Wipes.

Craig Phillips originally came to the attention of the general public when he became the winner of the very first Big Brother in 2000. Since then he has forged a strong television career, presenting over 600 TV shows including, amongst others, BBC Housecall, BBC Big Strong Boys and Conversion on Discovery Real Time.

Craig, who could be described as the building industry’s answer to Jamie Oliver, also opened a Building Skills Centre (www.craigsbuildingskills.com) in Liverpool in 2005 – opening the doors to 152 trainees. The Centre provides training opportunities for plastering, bricklaying and carpentry in real life building site conditions. The aim of the centre is to improve the current skills shortage within the construction industry and to train to NVQ level 2. The skills centre is a testament to the fact that Craig’s true passions lie with building and DIY, which makes him the perfect partner for Everbuild.

From April 2006 Craig will be promoting Pinkgrip, Forever White and Wonder Wipes for three years. So be prepared to see Everbuild going Craig mad – with his face anticipated to appear on numerous Everbuild items. A national Forever White advertising campaign will run for a period of four months in newspapers such as Daily Mail, Daily Mirror and The Sun, capturing the attention of over 16 million people.

Craig’s face will also be seen shortly on Pinkgrip cartridges and tubs of Wonder Wipes, as well as the Forever White display box. Numerous point of sale items will also be available during the duration of Craig’s contract with Everbuild, including Pinkgrip and Wonder Wipes Pallets and Pinkgrip stockist stickers. Revised literature will also become available.

You should shortly also be able to see Everbuild products on television as Craig will be working them into his TV appearances wherever possible. Finally on top of everything else Craig will also be making personal appearances at a number of Everbuild’s most successful industry shows.
